The CRRF welcomes Lorretta Neebar!
Lorretta Neebar (she/her) brings over 20 years of diverse experience to the Canadian Race Relations Foundation, leading high-performing teams in higher education.
Lorretta is an award-winning and respected professional with expertise in data-informed process improvement, focusing on equity, diversity, inclusion, and sustainability. She offers valuable insights and creative ideas to enhance staff and consumer engagement.
Lorretta has a passion for managing highly skilled teams that execute coordinated and strategic operations efficiently. Most recently, she served as the Registrar & Director of Enrolment Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga, where she led a team of over 60 people responsible for championing a student-centric approach to enrolment activities, engaging divisional leaders, and implementing transformations that aligned with institutional and divisional goals.
Lorretta is dedicated to her work, having developed and supported numerous programs to enhance access to disadvantaged and underrepresented groups. She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership and brings a wealth of expertise to her new role as Chief Administrative Officer.
