The CRRF Welcomes Jessie Macaulay!

Jessie Macaulay is a highly developed communicator, systems thinker, and conflict resolution specialist with nearly a decade of experience forging mutually beneficial relationships in labour, electoral politics, and corporate and legal environments. Before joining the CRRF, Jessie was a Political Organizer working in progressive politics in Ontario.
Jessie brings a dynamic and diverse set of skills to the Foundation. Jessie has travelled across Canada as an independent campaign consultant, working on projects ranging from serving elected federal members of parliament, leading political campaigns, and planning major public events with an eye to effective media and community engagement.
Jessie is also a skilled negotiator and dispute resolution specialist who has sat at the bargaining table to successfully negotiate two collective agreements and, before her career in politics, has mediated disputes at the Toronto Small Claims Court.
Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, an Advanced Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University, and a Certificate in Conversational Farsi from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
