CRRF Anti-Racism Workshops
The Canadian Race Relations Foundations (CRRF) is pleased to offer virtual anti-racism workshops for organizations across Canada.

Background
It’s commonly said that it isn’t enough to be against racism; one must actively work against this insidious phenomenon. We should all be anti-racists to ensure that all people in Canada feel safe, engaged, and respected. CRRF’s work in racial equity has equipped our teams with knowledge and educational resources to share with those interested in bringing anti-racism practices into their workplaces and communities.
These workshops are designed to allow for a safe space for discussion about equity, race, and human rights, while simultaneously helping participants navigate differences, power relationships, and conflict. The workshop content is designed for an experiential learning environment. Each workshop will be conducted by facilitators with subject matter expertise.
Please note we are not offering customized workshops or individual workshops at this time. That said, we have the capacity to make slight adjustments to content in order to tailor to organizational needs and interests. Let us know your needs in the request form, and we will try our best to accommodate them.
AGENDA
The workshop is a 3-hour virtual session that will look at definitions, theories, and frameworks to address racism, bias, discrimination, oppression and privilege in Canada.
The workshop modules are broken down into the following sections:
- Define: building knowledge about racism and anti-racism
- Unpack: understanding the motivations of racism
- Identify: recognizing manifestations of racism
- Address: growing competency for anti-racism
WORKSHOP FEE
We offer a sliding scale for non-profit organizations, private organizations and corporations, and educational institutions. Let us know in the intake form which category your organization belongs to.

| 2 | Organizational Income between $1 million – $4.9 million | $75.00 |
| 3 | Organizational Income between $500,000 – $999,999 | $65.00 |
| 4 | Organizational Income between $100,000 – $499,999 | $55.00 |
| 5 | Organizational Income less than $100,000 | $45.00 |
| 6 | Organizational Income less than $40,000 | $0.00 |

- Please note that all fees must be paid in full in order to confirm a booking.
- Subsidies are available for organizations that require it. Please indicate if this is the case for yours in the form.
