Au moins un quart de tous les sud-asiatiques disent qu\u2019ils ont fait face \u00e0 de la discrimination ou du harc\u00e8lement depuis la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e. 46 % des Philippins \/ sud-asiatiques d\u00e9crivent les policiers comme racistes ou ayant des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et pr\u00e8s de deux Canadiens d\u2019origine asiatique sur cinq ne parlent pas du racisme qu\u2019ils vivent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Coalition contre le racisme anti-asiatique Canada (CCRAAC)<\/strong> est la premi\u00e8re coalition nationale, panasiatique au Canada \u00e0 se r\u00e9unir pour lutter contre le racisme anti-asiatique au Canada. Ils repr\u00e9sentent diverses populations d&rsquo;origine asiatique au Canada et refl\u00e8tent un \u00e9quilibre \u00e9quitable en termes de genre et de culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s plusieurs r\u00e9unions virtuelles et une r\u00e9union en personne du comit\u00e9 directeur entre d\u00e9cembre 2022 et mars 2023, la CCRAAC a consolid\u00e9 sa direction strat\u00e9gique et son plan de travail pour \u0153uvrer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9limination du racisme anti-asiatique par le biais de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, de la recherche, du plaidoyer politique et du renforcement communautaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-pb-accordion-item c-accordion__item js-accordion-item no-js\" data-initially-open=\"false\" data-click-to-close=\"true\" data-auto-close=\"true\" data-scroll=\"false\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\"><h2 id=\"at-67431\" class=\"c-accordion__title js-accordion-controller\" role=\"button\">Points cl\u00e9s<\/h2><div id=\"ac-67431\" class=\"c-accordion__content\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bulletin d&rsquo;information mensuel<\/strong> : Chaque mois, la Coalition connecte les individus et les communaut\u00e9s qui s&rsquo;investissent dans la lutte contre le racisme anti-asiatique \u00e0 travers le Canada gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une infolettre pr\u00e9sentant des actualit\u00e9s importantes, des mises \u00e0 jour, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, des initiatives et des opportunit\u00e9s visant \u00e0 mettre fin au racisme anti-asiatique au Canada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Formation aux m\u00e9dias<\/strong> : Pendant le Mois du patrimoine asiatique 2023, la FCRR s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 <em>Media Girlfriends<\/em>, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production de balados dirig\u00e9e par des journalistes de couleur, pour organiser un webinaire de formation aux m\u00e9dias pour les leaders communautaires d&rsquo;origine asiatique au Canada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repr\u00e9sentation des Canadiens d&rsquo;origine asiatique<\/strong> : En collaboration avec l&rsquo;Office national du film et T\u00e9l\u00e9film Canada, la FCRR a organis\u00e9 un webinaire en 2022 examinant le manque de repr\u00e9sentation asiatique dans le cin\u00e9ma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Campagne #BloquonsLaHaine<\/strong> : La FCRR et YWCA Canada ont collabor\u00e9 \u00e0 une campagne nationale sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux en 2022 pour aborder les pr\u00e9occupations li\u00e9es \u00e0 la mont\u00e9e des discours de haine et du racisme en ligne, cette campagne comprenait notamment des t\u00e9moignages vid\u00e9o de femmes canadiennes d&rsquo;origine asiatique partageant leurs exp\u00e9riences de racisme anti-asiatique et islamophobe bas\u00e9 sur le genre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vision pour l&rsquo;avenir<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Plaidoyer public<\/strong> : La CCRAAC \u00e9labore un programme de recherche et de plaidoyer ax\u00e9 sur les questions publiques qui affectent les communaut\u00e9s asiatiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mettre l&rsquo;accent sur les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et les priorit\u00e9s asiatiques<\/strong> : La CCRAAC se servira de la recherche conjointe avec l&rsquo;Institut Angus Reid pour sensibiliser le public aux actes de haine et au racisme anti-asiatique au Canada. Elle organisera \u00e9galement davantage de webinaires de formation aux m\u00e9dias et d&rsquo;ateliers \u00e9ducatifs pour renforcer les capacit\u00e9s au sein des communaut\u00e9s asiatiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approfondir les relations<\/strong> : La CCRAAC cr\u00e9era des espaces de connexion entre les diff\u00e9rentes communaut\u00e9s asiatiques, y compris les jeunes, les a\u00een\u00e9s et les communaut\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions. Elle a obtenu un doctorat en \u00e9ducation antiraciste \u00e0 l&#039;Institute in Education de l\u2019Ontario\/Universit\u00e9 de Toronto. Au cours des 30 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle s&#039;est concentr\u00e9e sur les questions relatives \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la lutte contre le racisme au Nouveau-Brunswick et a
