How to submit an Access to Information or Personal Information Request
Submitting a request online to the Canadian Race Relations Foundation:
The Access to Information and Privacy Online Request Service offers a convenient way to submit a request through a portal for:
- an Access to Information Request
- a Personal Information Request
This service:
- enables individuals to make an online request for information that is held by a government institution;
- eliminates the need to print, scan, and email or mail a form to an institution; and
- allows for the secure transmission of sensitive documents such as identification for privacy requests.
Making a request by mail
If you are unable to access the portal, requests may be submitted by using the Access to Information Request Form (PDF | HTML) or the Personal Information Request Form (PDF | HTML).
When making a request by mail, forms must be printed, completed, and mailed to the CRRF Access to Information and Privacy Coordinator.
