Celebrating Canada’s Sikh Heritage Month

The CRRF and Sikh Heritage BC partnered together to present a webinar on April 28, 2022.

This webinar, in celebration of Canada’s Sikh Heritage Month, included a presentation of the Sikh Heritage Museum, located in the National Historic Site Gur Sikh Temple in Abbotsford, BC, Canada.

Co-curator Sharanjit Kaur Sandhra demonstrated the power of heritage and history in the battle against racism. Following the presentation, Sharanjit was joined with Imroze Singh Deol, Art Curator for Sikh Heritage British Columbia, for a fireside chat to answer your questions about the intersections of the Sikh faith, anti oppression and anti-racism.
