Jane Rabinowicz

Jane Rabinowicz is President and Chief Executive Officer of the McConnell Foundation. In this role, Jane provides vision and leadership for one of Canada’s longest-standing family foundations, supporting partners coast to coast to coast working on climate change, reconciliation, and social justice. In addition to its granting, the Foundation has committed to 100% impact investing and a net zero investment portfolio, aiming to use all the levers at its disposal to create positive change.

Jane’s career has been devoted to the public good. Prior to joining McConnell, she held leadership positions with organizations working at local, regional, national, and international levels, primarily focusing on food sovereignty. In addition to her work at McConnell, Jane currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Clean Economy Fund. She lives with her husband and son in Montreal.
