2024-2025 Recipients of The National Anti-Racism Fund Projects Grants

The Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CRRF) is pleased to share the 30 organizations who have been selected as recipients of our 2024-2025 National Anti-Racism Fund (NARF) Projects Grants.  The CRRF will be providing a total of $2.1 million in funding to bring these projects to life before March 31st, 2026.

Awardees include organizations who are planning projects that address systemic barriers, promote research and education, advance public awareness and encourage cultural and intercultural community building. Projects include conferences, workshops, exhibits and more.

We’ve been truly inspired by the project applications we r eceived from across the country. At a time when hate, discrimination, and division are reaching record highs, it’s deeply encouraging to see people and communities taking action to build connection, understanding, and inclusion. At the CRRF, we’re honoured to support this vital work—it speaks to the very heart of who we are as a country, and the future we must shape together.” – Mohammed Hashim, CEO, CRRF

The CRRF received close to 666 applications from across the country for this round of the Projects grants. This illustrates both the demand for anti-racism work and people’s eagerness to act and enact positive change in their communities. The CRRF thanks all those who applied.

The National Anti-Racism Fund is one of the most important ways that we work to build a more equitable and inclusive country. Over the past four years, the CRRF has directed nearly $7.4 million to support the powerful anti-racism work of almost 122 organizations all over Canada through the projects stream of this fund.
