Director, Community Investment
The Director of Community Investment is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s grant management process and leading community investment initiatives.
Regional Coordinator (Ontario)
The duties of the Regional Coordinator include developing and maintaining regional relationships, conducting targeted outreach, and monitoring CRRF-funded grants and sponsorships under the direction and oversight of the Associate Director of Community Investment.
Program Manager (Quebec)
The Program Manager (Quebec) duties include developing and implementing programming at the Canadian Race Relations Foundation (CRRF) specific to the Quebec department. The Program Manager is responsible for enhancing the existing relationships with partners across Quebec while building new relationships; managing stakeholders and internal and external meetings; researching, assessing and delivering projects to address racism.
Director, Combatting Hate Hub
Reporting to the Executive Lead of the Hub, the Director, Combatting Hate Hub will play a pivotal role in advancing CRRF’s anti-hate initiatives while fostering strong relationships with communities, law enforcement, victim services, and policymakers.
Director of Finance
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Director of Finance plays a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the organization’s financial operations and provides expert leadership and guidance in streamlining procurement and contracting processes, enhancing the organization’s overall financial efficiency and effectiveness.
Director, People and Culture
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Director, People and Culture will assess and lead CRRF’s talent strategies while acting as a trusted leader for all employees.
